We come to the property and do a walk through with the homeowner. We create a list of recommendations and improvements to help transform the space. We leave detailed "homework" for the client to complete prior to our return visit to stage the home. 

On our second visit we bring decor and furnishings that will complement the property. We define the space and highlight the features of the home. The decor is hand selected with integrity by our team to ensure the home shows to its full potential. We bring the  space to life and prepare it for MLS pictures to maximize  showings to potential buyers.

After the sale our team will make an appointment that is convenient for the homeowner. We quickly pick up all decor and furnishings.
